My voyage on board Scorpio Mumbai started from the time its keel was laid. Since then it has been a great voyage. Actions speak more than words. I would say that holds true for Scorpio. Its professional and ethical culture, duty to care towards its Seafarer and Shore staff, commitment from top management has been its strong pillars.
Scorpio believes in openness, empathy, flexibility and compassion which makes the work atmosphere motivating and engaging. It has always strived to take away the barriers and provide a comfortable and friendly workspace. The camaraderie across the board is very high which has turned Scorpio into a big family.
